Tunisia - The First Vice President of the Republic arrived in the Tunisian capital to participate in the 30th Arab Summit which begins tomorrow and will last for two days.
He was received at the Tunis International Airport by Mr. Habib El-Said, the first advisor to the Tunisian President.
The Tunisian President, the First Vice President of the Republic, met with the senior guests at the airport. The meeting dealt with bilateral relations and issues of common interest and the agenda before the Arab Summit.
The agenda of the summit, which will receive the presidency of the Republic of Tunisia from Saudi Arabia 20 files on top of the Palestinian issue in various dimensions, the crisis in Syria, Developments in Libya and Yemen, support for peace and development in Sudan, support for Somalia, solidarity with Lebanon, follow-up of the maintenance of Arab national security, The development of the Arab system to combat terrorism, as well as support for displaced persons in Iraq.
The summit will be attended by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, EU Foreign Policy Officer Federica Mujerini, AU Commission Chairperson Moussa Faki and OIC Secretary-General Yousef Al-Othaimeen.
